My clients appreciate my practical approach and balance of guidance and feedback on what will work and potential pitfalls. At times I’m a co-creator helping the clients better articulate their aspirations and at times I can be the voice of their larger organizations saying “I just don’t get it.”

Born in the United States, but in China for 25 years, I’m married with 2 girls based in Shanghai. Its one of my great joys to watch kids learn and figure out the world because it reminds us of the wonder (and enjoyment) of the sharing and discovering new things.
